And so, in keeping with prolonging last weekend’s westward trip as long as possible, why not a little trail adventure? We almost kept going, but Great Plains State Park was right there and so worth exploring since we love to hike. A great spot to take a rest and have a look around, it would also be a perfect camping spot on a longer ride.
