Foggy mountain Halloween.

I have looked for this wall for two years; found it by accident Halloween night. Spooky, right?

As a one year anniversary gift, and a much needed getaway after a burdensome  few months, we took a weekend in the Ozarks in our beloved Eureka Springs for a gloriously fun Halloween weekend and to renew our vows. I had always pined for a Halloween wedding, but last year in the hustle and bustle of the larger affair for family and friends, many of mine and Josh’s ideas got lost in more important considerations. Before our wedding weekend had even ended planning the idea for having a smaller, private Halloween ceremony to renew our vows began. And lo and behold this weekend, just like our larger official wedding, the constant drizzle and fog which might annoy other brides and anniversary couples but is one of my favorite cloaks the Ozarks dawn especially in the autumn had settled in, the finest gift possible. Happy belated Halloween!
